Do you love pets? I mean truly love them not just saying that you do. Do you get a smile on your face every time you walk a dog or cuddle a cat?

If you answered yes to the above questions working for Paws in the Land may be just what you are looking for. 

Some basic job requirements:

-MUST be over 18 yrs old, over 21 preferred, and be able to pass a criminal background check.

-MUST have a valid driver’s license and a reliable & insured vehicle

-Must be able to provide accurate work schedule availability to management at least 2 weeks in advance (this allows us to plan what client bookings we can accommodate and how many new clients we can take on in addition to our already existing portfolio of clients)

-Pet care experience is preferred

-Ability to work independently & manage time efficiently 

-Own a dependable smart phone as we use an app to communicate pet visit updates to our clients 

-Ability to manage your pet care assignments proficiently while providing the best pet care & client service 

Pay works on a per visit basis and starts at $10 per HALF hour visit. $20 per HOUR visit. Plus mileage reimbursement for miles driven from visit to visit.
Additional pay for holidays. Room for advancement into a full time position in the future. Regular raises given based on performance.

We are mainly hiring for day time pet sitters and dog walkers for our mid day blocks between 10a-3p Monday-Friday & Sundays. Additional time blocks may come available but our main hiring focus is for the 10a-3p block.

Hiring for westside: Cleveland, Lakewood, Rocky River, Bay Village, Westlake, Avon, Avon Lake etc.

Also hiring for east: Cleveland Heights, University Circle, Beachwood, etc as we have client requests for that area that we would like to accommodate on a regular basis
